No payments at this moment in time. That may change if circumstances do likewise, but it's not what drives my passion for reinterpreting music - nor did it ever in the past when I composed it.
Credentials
I failed protest singer-songwriter-producer and, thankfully, realised I can't sing at all before making a complete fool of myself.

Since my mid-twenties, I have followed the hobby of reinterpreting other musicians' ideas - NOT their material. To cut a long story short, I try to develop ideas that some good-to-great musicians have introduced the world of music's listeners, but have not necessarily the ideas' potential: 'artistically' (rather than 'commercially'). I sincerely hope that those who choose to listen to this music will understand this principle, and take ideas from it - even if they don't relate to what I artistically create myself (or with collaborators).

About Empress Touch

In 2005, whilst working as a supermarket shelf-stacker, I bought a copy of a CD computer program designed to assist making music called Cubase VST version 5, and began making two instrumental reinterpretations of some of my heroes' music, and a composition of my own, called 'Synther Loopy'.

I have since upgraded computers/programs and other software.  Some projects I started then I have now completed.  Many still haven't, but may still be brought to your attention in the future.  Who knows?
